1) Food planning to help you be at your optimal weight on your big day…as well as help you look and feel healthy. Eating right gives us more energy, clearer skin and well just more vitality.
2) Fitness to fit a busy schedule. Everyone wants to make big commitments to work out before an event…especially a wedding but time is always scarce. I will help you find ways to fit it into your life.
3) We will build a meditation practice to help alleviate stress leading up to your big day
4) Food shopping expedition and cooking tips. I will help you get ready to stock your kitchen and show you money and time saving tips so you can keep it going after the honeymoon.
5) Pre-event plan to look and feel your best!
This package works best if you can invest in 6 months. A 3 month plan is also available. No matter which you choose we will meet by phone/Skype or in person every 2 weeks for the duration of the plan. During our time together you can email me any time with questions or concerns. I am your coach in every sense…I’m here to support you every step of the way. I will also provide you with handouts, recipes and random goodies.
